Learning about Dictionary Entries

Hi everyone! Hope everyone has had a great week! One of the most important keys to understanding words and spelling/language patterns lies in the pronunciations of words, which is what we will look at in the following video. Merriam Webster has its own special diacritics and pronunciation keys, which are covered here. Please note that I have used Merriam Webster’s CD-ROM in this video to explain the dictionary entries – this is a perfect way to study words!
