Portuguese II

Hello everyone! This week is the final installment of the Portuguese videos. We will finish up by revisiting our ten sample words from the previous video.

Also, it was brought to my attention that the final video of the Greek series, the one with the ten sample words, was not posted. Much thanks to Sreeniketh Vogoti for letting me know about this! Sreeniketh, it’s dedicated spellers like you who make all the difference. Thank you so much for reaching out and telling me – I apologize and will make sure I get that to everyone for the next post. I thought it would be better to complete Portuguese so we can finish that series.

Also, if you followed my post from last week about the World Cup, just thought to let you know I am ECSTATIC about Germany’s big win! 🙂 That’s four World Cup championships now!

Please do not forget to donate to water.org. The new link is here. We have already made a difference in so many people’s lives, and I am sure we can take that further step by step! Any donations are welcome — thank you!

Portuguese I

Hello everyone! This week we will start a new language – Portuguese. Portuguese is yet another Romance language, stemming from Latin and acting as a close relative to the languages we have already studied, including French, Spanish, and Italian. Portuguese is in fact very similar to these languages, and you will see that in the spelling rules in the upcoming videos. Enjoy!
